REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

With Ease Company® candles are made by hand. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact xo@discoverwithease.com (along with pictures of the damaged items) within 48 hours & we’d be happy to exchange the product for the same item. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, an exchange cannot be issued.
Please Note: With Ease Company® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number has been issued, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
