Refund policy
Most With Ease Company® products are made to order. Currently, refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, if an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact xo@discoverwithease.com within 48 hours & we’d be happy to exchange the product for the same item. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, an exchange cannot be issued.
Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for item exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
